No Contact Program
This is course is based on my personal journey of no contact and how it helped me finally release someone I once felt addicted to. I’ll share what helped me break the cycle, manage the urge to go back, understand my attachment, and choose myself again. This isn’t about punishing them or making them miss you— it’s about FREEING you.

No Contact Program: (Letting Go)
-
No Contact Program (Letting Go): INTRO
Welcome to the No Contact Program. This is your starting point as we begin the journey of letting go, choosing yourself, and healing—together. 🦋
-
No Contact Program (Letting Go): Day 1
Day 1 is where we make the decision to let go. Today, we’re facing the truth, breaking the cycle, and choosing ourselves—even when our heart wants to hold on. This is the beginning of your No Contact journey.
-
No Contact Program (Letting Go): Day 2
Day 2 is about sitting with the silence instead of running from it. No checking, no reaching out, no searching for a reason to go back. Today, we’re learning that missing them doesn’t mean you have to return to them. Keep choosing you.
-
No Contact Program (Letting Go): Day 3
Day 3 is about accepting what you cannot change. You don’t need another conversation, another explanation, or another apology to begin healing. Today, we stop waiting for closure from them and start creating closure for ourselves.
-
No Contact Program (Letting Go): Day 4
Day 4 feels lighter — it’s about breaking the attachment, not just the communication. No Contact is more than not texting or calling—it’s learning to release the emotional hold they still have on you. Today, we begin taking our power back.
-
No Contact Program (Letting Go): Day 5&6
Day 5 is where we stop romanticizing what hurt us. You’re not just letting go of a person—you’re releasing the future you imagined with them. Today, we choose reality over potential and peace over attachment. You deserve what doesn’t require you to abandon yourself.
Day 6 is about reclaiming your power. Every day you don’t reach back is proof that you CAN live without what you once thought you needed. The version of you who begged, chased, waited, and settled is being released. -
No Contact Program (Letting Go): Day 7 - Milestone day
Day 7 is a milestone—you made it one full week. The withdrawals may feel real: missing them, craving contact, replaying memories, or wanting to check their page. But discomfort doesn’t mean you’re supposed to go back. It means you’re breaking a pattern. Today, honor how far you’ve come. Seven days of choosing yourself is worth celebrating.
-
No Contact Program (Letting Go): Days 8-20 (two weeks)
The next two weeks are about developing new routines and getting comfortable with your new normal. We’re replacing old habits, creating new patterns, and learning how to build a life that no longer revolves around them. This is where No Contact becomes less about what you’re leaving behind and more about the life you’re creating for yourself.
-
No Contact Program (Letting Go): Days 21 (Habit Day)
Habit & Milestone Day 🦋 They say it takes 21 days to form a habit—and you made it. Your new routines are becoming your new normal, and choosing yourself is becoming a habit. Today, celebrate another milestone: 21 days of No Contact.
-
No Contact Program (Letting Go): IF THEY REACH OUT TO YOU
If They Reach Out to You 🦋
What happens when the person you’re healing from suddenly reaches out? This lesson is about not letting one message undo your progress. We’ll talk about managing the emotions, resisting the urge to react immediately, and deciding whether responding truly serves the new version of you. A text doesn’t erase why you chose to let go. Remember why we’re here now.
-
No Contact Program (Letting Go): 1 Month
One full month of No Contact. What once felt impossible is becoming your new normal. You’ve survived the urges, built new routines, and learned how to choose yourself without reaching back. This milestone is proof that you can miss someone and still keep moving forward.

3 Months — 90-Day Milestone 🦋
90 days of No Contact. At 21 days, you began building the habit. Now, at 90 days, you’ve built a lifestyle. You’re no longer just trying not to reach back—you’ve learned how to live forward. This is your new normal.
-
No Contact Program (Letting Go): If You Break No Contact
If you broke No Contact, it’s okay—you haven’t lost all your progress. Don’t let one moment turn into going all the way back. Give yourself grace, remember why you started, and go directly back into No Contact. You don’t have to start your healing over—you just have to keep going.

No Contact Program (Letting Go): 5 Months
5 Months No Contact — Graduation Day 🎓🦋
Five months. My graduation day. This was the moment I realized I had finally released what once had a hold on me. The emotions weren't as heavy, the attachment wasn't as strong, and I could finally face what once broke me without falling apart. This is what freedom feels like. Welcome to graduation.

No Contact Program (Letting Go): Love Addict Poem
Love Addict — A Poem About Emotional Addiction ❤️🩹🦋
This poem is about loving someone so deeply that love begins to feel like an addiction. The cravings, the withdrawals, the attachment, and the struggle to walk away from someone you know you need to release. “Love Addict” captures what it feels like when your heart keeps reaching for what your soul is trying to heal from.

Mastering Detachment Make This Their Last Time Hurting You
What You'll Learn
-
Learn how to stop reaching out for, checking in on, and reopening the door of pain to the person that hurts you while giving yourself space to emotionally detach and heal.
-
In order to move forward, you have to recognize the attachment, habits, triggers and emotional patterns that keep pulling you back in- even when you KNOW it’s time to let go. Understanding WHAT IS IT that’s keeping you there.
-
Learn how to control the temporary urge to reach out to them when you miss them, feel lonely, get triggered, or want to simply call/text or check their social media. Navigate how to calm your nervous system in those moments of grief and withdrawals.
-
Begin building your confidence, boundaries, new daily routines and your new normal without them so your healing becomes strictly about YOU and not them.
